We believe our clients like us because we provide them with practical, professional support that is user friendly. We avoid "legal speak" and jargon and present our clients with solutions not problems. We don't view ourselves as policy police and we don't want our clients to view us that way either. We don't believe we are a traditional HR function and we certainly do not describe ourselves as "Personnel", but enough of what we think.
