New - In line with the ACAS Code of Practice which came in to effect on 6th April 2009, this template document can be used to confirm the discussions of an Informal Warning meeting. This document replaces the Verbal Warning letter which is now no longer required under the new Code. The document is in Microsoft Word format to allow you to amend as necessary.
