Anti-bribery policy
It is in the interest of all companies to have an Anti-Bribery Policy in place to protect the business from underhand activities, from the actions of individuals and to ensure compliance with the Bribery Act 2010 which took effect in the UK on 1st July 2011. Whilst this policy would not be needed for all employees it would apply to senior managers and those who have authority over budgets or buying power. With this policy you also get the following forms; Gift or Hospitality Received Declaration, Gift or Hospitality Given Declaration, Declaration of Interest and a Reporting Suspected Bribery Practices form. These documents are in Microsoft Word format that is based on UK legislation and only requires you to insert your company name in the appropriate places.
