Agency worker policy and statement

This policy is suitable for any Company who uses Agency Workers; to ensure compliance with the Agency Worker Regulations 2010 (enforceable from 1 October 2011). The policy also includes a Declaration of Confidentiality which is designed to be signed off by each Agency Worker who comes to work for the Company. With this policy you also get a Policy Statement. These documents are in Microsoft Word format that is based on UK legislation and only requires you to insert your company name in the appropriate places.
