Self-Assessment Questionnaire

As a first step you should complete the self-assessment questionnaire. This is your legally required overall risk assessment of your workplace, and will help you understand which Health and Safety issues you need to be aware of, and if you have any areas of potential concern or non-compliance, you will be advised on how to remedy them.

Once you have completed the questionnaire you will be able to print an action plan in the form of a 'To Do List' of the things you need to do to improve workplace safety and achieve compliance with the law. The 'To Do List' will also guide you and point to areas within the website to achieve, and in some instances immediately, remedy a problem.
