Background:
Pharmaceutical manufacturer with a number of sites across Europe. Decision by business to develop and launch a Global Innovation Centre. Right Hand HR were asked to provide a resourcing solution which would enable successful recruitment of the Innovation team within an 8 week period.
Approach:
Right Hand HR initially consulted with the senior team responsible for the Innovation Centre to establish the purpose, desired end products, standards and approach for the project.
Throughout the course of two months, the Right Hand HR team worked closely with the Company to ensure complete involvement and a seamless approach to the recruitment activity.
Process:
Development of Job Descriptions and Person Specifications in line with competency framework
Identification of target audience to create an advert which would generate both volume and quality of response
Researched and selected most suitable, cost effective advertising mediums
Developed competency based interviews and conducted first stage assessments
Designed and facilitated a one day Assessment Centre for each position encompassing competency based activities and psychometric testing
Provided detailed feedback to all applicants
Outcomes:
Successfully recruited team members for the Innovation Centre
Designed company specific recruitment templates for the business which could be used in the future
Provided resourcing solution that saved company agency recruitment costs
Completed on time, in line with business requirements
